The Center for Disability Services—a nonprofit with over 80 years of dedicated service—is seeking a Healthcare Report Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll analyze, compile, validate, and report critical medical data to support incentive programs and drive quality patient care.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Analyze, compile, validate, and report medical data for key programs including DSRIP, FQHC, PCMH, MIPS, Meaningful Use, and HEDIS.
✅ Utilize GE Centricity and Crystal reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
✅ Attend program meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection and reporting processes.
✅ Develop standard and ad hoc reports to support grant development, auditing, and quality care initiatives.
✅ Ensure timely submission of provider attestations and required documentation.
✅ Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and safety guidelines.

What You Bring:
✔ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare data management or clinical information systems.
✔ High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel and specialized data collection software.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data.
