We are seeking a dynamic clinicians with a strong clinical background and ability to work with Families in our At-home/Community Behavior Services Program or Residential Programs. The primary role of the Behavior Service Clinician is to provide behavior consultation with families, program, and at-home supports, including on-going functional analysis and development and monitoring of therapeutic support plans. 


  • Develops Behavior Support Plans based on functional analysis
  • Collaborates with Community Partners/Collateral supports
  • Monitors effectiveness of interventions
  • Becomes SCIP-R Instructor
  • Provides training
  • Masters degree in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health or related field
  • Supervised experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, certification in behavior analysis, and/or licensure preferred
  • Supervision towards licensure across all clinical tracks (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health) is available
  • May be required to lift 50 pounds independently
