Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating traffic to new home communities by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; conceptualizing and creating marketing materials; tracking sales and traffic data; maintaining inventory of collateral materials; planning events, meetings and trade shows; developing and maintaining web content.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create content and develop calendar for Social Media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linked In
  • Monitor and respond to all incoming messages from social media
  • Create and maintain flyer templates for sales teams
  • Coordinate e-blasts for field through Lasso
  • Website maintenance: studio, community additions, removals and updates
  • Work with field to receive photography for new homes

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment
  • 4 year college degree in related field
  • Must be able to work full time hours
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Personable, presentable and articulate

Preferred Skills:

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
  • Ability to think creatively to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • A passion for consumer behavior and online marketing
  • Graphic design and social media experience
