What You’ll Do:
The Benefits & Leave Administrator is the main point of contact to all employees for benefit and leave of absence questions.  You will partner with the Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits to resolve escalated issues.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Administration of Company’s healthcare plans.
  • Monitor benefit enrollments in HRIS.
  • Assist employees in understanding Company benefit offerings.
  • Maintain positive relationships with benefit vendors.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit billing.
  • Troubleshoot enrollment or coverage issues.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment.
  • Track employee leaves of absence, working with third-party leave administrator.
  • Provide information to employees on the leave of absence process.
  • Acquire work release documentation for workers returning from leave.
  • Periodically audit benefit enrollment data.
  • Initiate worker’s compensation claims.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
  • Knowledge of benefit-related laws and regulations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Practical time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
Your Education and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience administering benefit plans and leaves of absence.
  • Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and other related state and federal regulations is required.
Century intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $60K-$70K plus annual bonus potential. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401(k) plan.
