What You’ll Do:
The Housing Applications/ERP Analyst trains and supports the Divisional Purchasing, Construction, and Shared Services departments and works to produce and enhance current and future training collateral and programs.
 
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Responsible for end user support of our application portfolio including (but not limited to) our construction management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage support and bug escalations to software vendors and support teams.
  • Collaborate with other team members to train others, implementing best practices for the company’s construction management and ERP platforms and processes.
  • Communicate identified issues or opportunities for improvement with recommended resolutions.
  • Assist with operational availability and management of our platforms including monitoring, maintaining and enhancing production capabilities.
  • Own documentation of detailed system solutions, troubleshooting guides, best practices, and relevant business process mapping.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all integrations relevant to the construction management and ERP environments.
  • Support and assist with upgrades of the system, including functional testing.
  • Coordinate and resolving data corrections via SQL / database tools leveraging internal IT teams and/or vendor support.
  • Work to build relationships with business teams and software vendors to drive value-add solutions.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
  • Functional knowledge of construction management systems, and ERP systems (Newstar Sales, Newstar Enterprise, BuildPro, etc.).
  • A learner’s mindset, with the passion for understanding processes and how our platforms support our business processes.
  • Experience with system integrations, migrations and conversions.
  • Strong planning / prioritization / project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of home construction core business functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be collaborative in a small team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
 
Your Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
  • Experience with Newstar Sales, Newstar Enterprise or Hyphen BuildPro preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience with construction management and ERP systems, preferably working with homebuilders.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience supporting, administering, or testing enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts, database access and structured query languages being a plus.
  • Homebuilder industry experience is desired, with accounting experience being a plus.
Compensation: 
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $75,000 - $108,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
