What You’ll Do:

The Web Specialist is part of our Corporate Marketing team and is directly responsible for the upkeep and audit of the website. Hybrid position 3 days remote 2 days in the Greenwood Village, CO office.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Become an Episerver/Optimizely CMS expert to train, educate, and assist our divisions.
  • Perform periodic audits of the entire website and manage missing elements with divisions.
  • Review content changes submitted within CMS and either approve or work with the division on editing to meet quality guidelines.
  • Ensure all web standards are being held and quickly correct them if they aren’t.
  • Monitor error reports and flag any on-site issues.
  • Work alongside development partners to outline new features and functionality requirements and bring those projects to fruition.
  • Add new content, pages, and content sections while maintaining essential site structure and clean code.
  • Fixing and troubleshooting bugs and errors.
  • Communicate division requests for changes outside of standards to the corporate team for consideration before implementation.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:

  • Impactful communication skills and ability to translate complex development ideas and terminology to non-technical teammates.
  • Comprehensive technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to support tickets and website errors reported by internal clients and business partners.
  • Collaborative attitude while welcoming feedback.
  • Adherence to timelines while paying attention to detail. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other website analytics tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to test and QA work done by the development.

Your Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of direct experience. Agency experience is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience with industry-leading open-source CMS systems.
  • Previous experience in Homebuilding or the Real Estate industry is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

Century Communities Inc. intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $58,000 - $65,000 with bonus potential.  Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company’s 401(k) plan.
