What You’ll Do:

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly cash management. This highly visible role will routinely engage and collaborate with division finance personnel, corporate executives, and various banks, surety brokers and bankers.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily cash management and short-term forecasting of cash requirements.
  • Create daily payments via wire and ACH.
  • Effectively manage a syndicated credit facility.
  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Administer the corporate card program.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly cash management reports.
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Century's requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with various divisions and departments within the company to ensure capital needs are met in a timely fashion.
  • Work with various bond and letter of credit brokers to ensure the timely issuance of corporate sureties.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

 

What You Have:

  • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought-out conclusions.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments.

 

Your Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Treasury or Banking or both.
  • Experience in cash management for a decentralized organization.
  • Experience with the Kyriba cash management platform, is desirable.
  • CTP designation is desirable.

Compensation:

Century Communities Inc. intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $85,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential.  Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company’s 401(k) plan.
