What You’ll Do: 

The Marketing Specialist will serve as an MLS/Inventory specialist. They will manage the day-to-day listing set up on MLS. They will copywrite inventory descriptions and manage all the updates through the construction process to the listing. 

Your Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Manage MLS listings and inventory on website.
  • Update pricing on MLS and Website
  • Order photos of completed homes and load photos to MLS and Century website. 
  • Communicate status changes and updates on website to broker.
  • Weekly audits of MLS
  • Communicate status changes and updates on website to broker.
  • Communicate with sales team on updates and getting pictures.
  • Website maintenance for the studio, community additions, and updates.
  • Schedule photography for new homes.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

 What You Have:

  • Must be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have great organization skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and work well with vendors and team members.
  • Copywriting skills
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver.
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Personable, presentable, and articulate.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to think creatively to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • A passion for consumer behavior and online marketing.
  • Graphic design and social media experience.

Your Education and Experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
