Regional Marketing Account Specialist

What You’ll Do:
The Regional Marketing Account Specialist supports our division and regional marketing teams nationwide with daily project and client management, providing strategic marketing solutions and managing client calls and status reports. This hybrid position is two days in the office and three days remote.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support Divisions with struggling and new communities.
- Uphold Brand Standards across all platforms.
- Coordinate with Copy, Digital, and Graphic Design Teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Strategize and collaborate with Division Marketing Teams.
- Audit the website for quality and accuracy.
- Assist with the national campaign strategy.
- Approval of Canva collateral and social content.
- Manage and strategize projects such as:
- Quick Move-In Home Announcements
- New Community Drip Campaigns
- Digital Campaigns
- Public Relations
- Quarterly and National Promotions
- Community Grand Openings and Events
- Realtor Outreach
- Social Media Creative
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Excellent interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.
- Project management skills, including strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to quickly adapt to new assignments and deadlines.
- Experience successfully managing and meeting project deadlines.
- Experience in managing calls and presentations.
- Ability to manage schedules.
- Customer Relationship Management and Project Management system experience is a plus.
Your Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Canva experience is a plus.
Compensation:
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $55,000- $65,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
