IT CRM Analyst

What You’ll Do:
The Salesforce Marketing Automation Analyst has experience in Salesforce Account Engagement and is responsible for leading the implementation of Marketing Automation tools and ongoing administration, support, and management of the platform. You will play a key role in driving digital innovation, improving user experiences, and ensuring the effective integration of technology and data solutions to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- In partnership with our Corporate Marketing and Sales teams, lead efforts to implement and mature our CRM / Salesforce Account Engagement and Marketing Automation platform.
- Leverage various integrations, including customer data profiles, website browsing history, and third-party data services, to improve and mature our CRM and marketing automation functions.
- Partner in managing and optimizing our CRM platform and the sales and marketing engagement programs to enhance marketing and sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to implement effective digital campaigns and initiatives leveraging data-driven solutions and integrations with ad services like Google and Facebook.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of digital solutions.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information regarding how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of requests for new functionality.
- Assist in training new users and growing the organization's Salesforce skill set.
- Build, test, debug, and manage complex flows for business operations and integrations.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Proven experience in managing and implementing CRM and Marketing Automation Programs using Salesforce / Pardot platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, CRM systems, and sales tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage systems and tools, including ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to successfully implement new technologies.
Your Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot platforms or a similar role.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (or similar certification) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science is preferred, or a related field and relevant experience.
Compensation:
- Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $85,000 - $125,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
