What You’ll Do:

The Marketing Director is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall success of the sales and marketing department for Century Complete. .A primary objective of this position is to strategically manage all division/regional marketing strategy and implementation for Century Complete nationwide, while supporting the sales team and partnering with Corporate Marketing.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Brand Adherence: Responsible for ensuring consistent and effective use of brand impact and visual identity across all communication channels.
    • In partnership with Corporate Marketing, the Century Complete Marketing Director will manage and implement marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals related to the specific marketing needs and sales objectives of the company.
    • Responsible for performing audits and maintaining the accuracy of the Century Complete website in conjunction with Corporate Marketing. Manage website presence and content.
  • Marketing Budget: Work together with Century Complete Vice President of Sales & Marketing to develop the general marketing plan and marketing budget and the execution of the plan. Develop monthly and quarterly plans for outreach to support campaigns, new community openings, and struggling communities. Prepare annual and quarterly budget forecasts. Review data analytics and metrics to ensure campaigns meet predetermined objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the design and implement digital marketing strategies, analyze data traffic and user metrics, and ensure the consistency of our brand's digital tone and presence.
    • Analytics and decisively use analytics data to dictate strategy and tactics to drive qualified traffic to communities/website. Ability to understand demographics/behaviors and communicate effectively with the target audience.
  • Media Planning: Work directly with Corporate Marketing to plan and collaborate on final approval for all media buying and digital placements.
  • Reporting: Update traffic, web analytics, and other reports to provide feedback to the leadership and regions.
  • Regional Marketing Production: Manage the creation of each community's identity with signage and website messaging and all related sales and marketing collateral marketing, including e-brochures, price, and feature sheets. Prepare and coordinate all social media content, special events, and grand openings per community. Communicate all campaigns, openings, etc., with the Studio and Internet Sales Teams and attend all Sales meetings.
  • Corporate Marketing Partnership: Work directly with Corporate Marketing to develop, execute and manage strategic marketing plans and materials to bring successful campaigns to market to help meet or exceed sales goals. Submit creative briefs outlining in detail the project goals and messaging direction.
  • New Community Set Up: Work together with Corporate Merchandising and field teams for all new model and sales studio installs and redesigns. Oversee signage, flag and banner design, and placement installation. Proof and approve sales collateral, marketing floor plan, and site plans, and ensure information is included on the website.
  • New Markets: Closely collaborate with Corporate New Market, Region Leadership, and Land Acquisition teams, lead the marketing efforts for all New Market launches, create the Marketing Plan, and oversee the marketing campaigns and initiatives for optimum results in market entry, with strong brand awareness and sales performance.
  • Manage a Team: Manage direct reports and be responsible for the support and development of each team members' marketing knowledge, skills and success.
  • Travel: This position includes up to 15% travel time between Atlanta and Denver Corporate offices and Regions.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Your Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of Marketing experience with a passion for digital
  • Previous home building and/or real estate experience required.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Compensation:  Century intends to offer the selected candidate a base salary in the range of $110,000.00 - $130,000.00, plus an annual bonus.  Final offer will be based on a variety of factors including education and experience.
