What You’ll Do:      

Century Communities is in search of a Regional Marketing Account Specialist to join the Corporate Marketing team at the headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role will support our division and regional marketing teams across the country.  Hybrid position 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Your Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:      

  • Community Grand Openings and Events
  • Realtor Outreach
  • Social Media Creative
  • Promotional Events
  • Quick Move-In Home Announcements
  • Public Relations
  • Support Divisions with Struggling Communities
  • Quarterly Promotions
  • Uphold Brand Standards
  • Coordinate with Copy, Digital and Graphic Design Teams
  • Strategize and Coordinate with Division Marketing Teams
  • Audit Website for Quality and Accuracy
  • Assist with National Campaign Strategy

In addition to day-to-day project management, client management is also a part of this role. Providing strategic marketing solutions, managing client calls, and status reports. The position is based full-time at the corporate office but may require occasional visits to various markets.       

Initially will require up to 10% travel.

What You Have:      

  • Excellent interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.
  • Project management skills, including strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the flexibility to quickly adapt to new assignments and deadlines.
  • Experience successfully managing and meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to manage schedules.
  • Basecamp or a project management system experience is a plus.

Your Education and Experience:      

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience.

Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $55,000  - $65,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401(k) plan.
