Job Purpose:

Marketing Manager serves the organization’s branding strategies, lead acquisition goals and regulatory compliance requirements. The Marketing Manager will lead and support the creation and execution of all marketing activities for individual loan officers and the brands. The individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving the brand identities in concert with internal and agency resources. .

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Drive the evolution of the brand through visual representation across all platforms (print, web, email, social, OOH, display). 

    Design and execute marketing collateral (print, email, social, ads, etc.) within the overall brand and compliance guidelines and matching the unique voice of each loan officer. 

    Create the voice and tone of the brand and its intersection with each individual loan officer’s personal voice and tone. Write advertising copy for use by publication, broadcast or internet media to promote the sale of goods and services. 

    Lead new creative strategy development with input from key audiences – including, but not limited to, referral partners, loan officers and potential borrowers. 

    Collaborate with executive team to develop marketing strategies to help increase overall brand awareness. Support in the planning, execution and activities related to developing the personal brand of each loan officer. Manage vendor relationships as needed. 

    Responsible for ensuring all Company marketing is industry compliant 

    Coordinate with Accounting on budget

    Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration 

    Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment. 

    Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance.
