We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our ever expanding business. As Sales Ledger Assistant the role will involve:

  • Contacting customer to process declined refunds on card or PayPal
  • Taking card payments from customers over the phone
  • Dealing with any queries relating to refunds
  • Assistance with Sales Ledger telephones
  • Distribution of post to relevant departments/people
  • Responsible for ordering the office stationery

As a Sales Ledger Assistant, It’s important you have:

  • A good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to problem solve & prioritise workload

We would be really excited if you have:

  • Experience of working in a Finance role in the last 12 months
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
