With over fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including  Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our ever expanding business. As Credit Controller the role will involve:

  • Collecting outstanding debt by telephone / email
  • Pre-empting Payments becoming due by telephone / email
  • Controlling Customer Credit Limits
  • Processing card payments over the telephone
  • Payment allocations
  • Assessing suitability of new Trade accounts - Credit checking and opening new accounts
  • Assisting with Trade / Consumer refunds via Paypal and Card Portals
  • Monitoring the Accounts email portal
  • Liaising with our Field Sales Executives and our Collection Agency
  • Liaising with Trade our Sales operators
  • Liaising with our Customer Services Team to resolve customer queries

As a Credit Controller, It’s important you have:

  • At least 2 years Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience
  • Excellent Telephone skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • A decisive and confident manner
  • Work well as part of a team
  • The ability to meet daily / monthly deadlines

We would be really excited if you have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX software
