With fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join our Trade team within ever expanding business. As a Sales Support Exec, the role will involve:

  • First line of contact for all B2B sales customers
  • Conducting scheduled calls to customers to take orders and maintain relationships
  • Maximising on product sales and identifying any opportunities or risks
  • Helping customers with product enquiries, returns and complaints
  • Making outbound promotional calls to existing customers
  • Supporting the B2B Sales teams
  • Communicating and report all competitor market place activity to the management team

As a Sales Support Executive, it’s important if you have:

  • Previous Sales support/sales experience
  • Customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Drive to work to targets and deadlines
  • Self –motivation

We would be really excited if you have:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience within a product based role

Monday – Thursday 08:30- 17:30, 17:00 finish on Fridays
