With fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Places Customer Service Advisor to join our team within ever expanding business. The role will involve:

  • Achieving monthly sales and service targets
  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Support customers and provide instructions on how to identify spare parts
  • Resolving customer cases and investigate reasons behind customer issues
  • Providing support to market places team

As a Market Places customer service advisor, it’s important if you have:

  • Previous experience within a busy customer service role
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Self –motivation

We would be really excited if you have:

  • A background within a service led industry
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Monday – Thursday 08:30- 17:30, 17:00 finish on Fridays
