We have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Contact Centre Agent to join our International team within ever expanding business.

As a Contact Centre Agent the role will involve:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Contact Centre Agent to join our International team within ever expanding business.

As a Contact Centre Agent the role will involve:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers who want to purchase spare parts for their home appliances
  • Support customers and provide instructions on how to fix appliances
  • Achieve all sales and service targets
  • Promote additional services like fast delivery, associated products and email sign ups
  • Ensuring accurate logging of customer cases to facilitate refunds and repairs to our customer as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Using templates and personal responses to give clear and concise answers to customer requests
  • Resolve customer cases which will involve investigating the reasons behind the customer issue and responding back to the customer through verbal and written communication to manage expectations

As a Contact Centre Agent, It’s important you have:

  • Native French
  • A passion for people and customer satisfaction
  • A strong work ethic and determination to do a good job!

We would be really excited if you have:

  • Experience within a call centre or busy retail environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and good attention to detail
