Market Places Customer Service Advisor

With fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few! We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Places Customer Service Advisor to join our team within ever expanding business. The role will involve: - Achieving monthly sales and service targets
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Support customers and provide instructions on how to identify spare parts
- Resolving customer cases and investigate reasons behind customer issues
- Providing support to market places team
- Handling customer refunds and returns
As a Market Places customer service advisor, it’s important if you have: - Previous experience within a busy customer service role
- The ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self –motivation
We would be really excited if you have: - A background within a service led industry
- Experience of working to targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
