We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Co-ordinator to join our ever expanding business.

As a Quality Co-ordinator the role will involve; 

  • Analysing pick/pack errors and identify any trends/training needs
  • Quality checking customer orders across all packing areas
  • Reviewing transit damage reports and seek improvements within the stock packaging
  • Reviewing and reducing customer order costs
  • Feedback all pick/pack errors to staff and ensure records of these are maintained
  • Assist with internal quality audits across the picking, packing and bulk areas
  • Ensure all paperwork and administration is completed in a timely manner and all training logs are kept up to date
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. Quality Manager, Supply Chain, Imaging) to drive improvements

As a Quality Co-ordinator we will need you to have:

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse environment at a senior level
  • Professional approach
  • Positive, flexible, proactive, "can do" attitude
  • An analytical approach to information and ability to draw conclusions from this
  • Service driven, target inspired and motivated
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve

Job type: Full time - 37.5 hours 
Monday - Friday between the hours of (7am - 6pm)
