We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger to join our ever expanding business. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, the role will involve:

  • Processing and entering all supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Notifying relevant departments of any Purchase Order discrepancies
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues on outstanding invoices
  • Ensuring all purchase ledger accounts are up to date 
  • Completing full supplier reconciliations 
 As Purchase Ledger Clerk we need you to have
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to problem solve & prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail

 Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, 17:00 finish on Fridays
