We have an exciting opportunity for a Mail Sorter to join our ever expanding business. As a Mail Sorter the role will involve:

  • Sorting international post by country and bagging appropriately
  • Producing associated documentation and completion of online despatch summary
  • Query resolution and liaison with internal customers
  • Liaison with Royal Mail re collections and consumables
  • Leadership and guidance to a small team

As Mail Sorter we need you to have:

  • Experience in operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Previous warehouse or factory experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • A proactive, service driven, target inspired and motivated attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to motivate a team of people
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
