The purpose of the Registrar Office Administration Team Lead is to provide leadership and support to a team of Registered Office Administrators in the assigned campus for a variety of Administrative functions.

Reporting to the Campus Director, the Registrar Office Administration Team Lead is to provide leadership to the administration team, as well as providing support in the areas of registration and student records maintenance.

 

Job Profile

Specifically, the Registrar Office Administrator Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to the registrar office administrative staff at the campus
  • Organizing and administering the records and registration functions of the Registrar’s Office
  • Maintaining accurate and timely student information in the student database
  • Follow up with previous student records information
  • Acting in a manner that upholds the College standards
  • Performing other job duties as assigned

 

Specific Responsibilities

The Registrar Office Administrator Team Lead will be responsible for the following, as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the College.

  • Supporting registrar office administrative staff to achieve results that are consistent with company requirements.
  • Training, developing and coaching team members in conjunction with the Campus Director.
  • Coordinating best practices to maximize employee development, training and performance; manage ongoing business changes without sacrificing performance results
    • Oversees the day-to-day admissions systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate practices and compliance with
    • Responsible for completeness of student records and maintaining low margins of error through effective ongoing training and support, as well as participating in regular review and/or internal/external audit.
    • Initiates and manages the retention and disposition of student records and office administration files, in compliance with the College’s Records Retention and Disposal guidelines.

Position Requirements

To be successful in the Office Administrator Team Lead position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:

Education and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma from a recognized university or post-secondary institution
  • Minimum four years of administrative experience working in a large complex organization
  • Minimum two years of experience over seeing a team in a leadership capacity
  • Post-Secondary experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of PandaDoc would be an asset.
