Job Purpose: CCS Fundraising is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Coordinator to help support our Central US leadership team. The Strategy & Operations Coordinator will maintain two executive calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses and timecards, support business development efforts and materials, and offer additional support to the Strategy & Operations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive support; areas of focus include:
    • Maintaining the complex calendars of two executive team members –interfacing with internal/external audiences, managing and prioritizing requests, responding to emails, preparing/gathering all documents necessary for meetings, and coordinating meeting logistics
    • Making travel and hotel reservations; including tracking airline credits and rewards programs
    • Preparing timely expense reports and reimbursement requests
    • Logging executive time
  • Participating in regular Strategy & Operations meetings to provide insight on schedules and support the facilitation of next steps:
    • Coordinate and support meeting and event planning for internal and external audiences
    • Upload and track key documents and information in company-wide databases
    • Format, edit, and enhance documents
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism and confidentiality, among staff and clientele, consistent with the firm’s mission and values
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including copying, scanning, binding, mailing, couriering, and other general office tasks
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior experience providing executive support as an assistant, executive assistant, operations or similarly focused position
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom (all are required) with the ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with NetSuite or CRM/databases, Monday.com and/or Navan a plus
