UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to three emerging executives. This person will join a 6-person admin team within a team of 100+ consultants, Strategy & Operations staff, and senior leaders in the New York area. The ideal candidate is resourceful, strategic with their time management in a deadline-driven corporate environment, possesses high EQ, and approaches challenges with empathy and curiosity. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and professional development in a mission-driven, growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complex calendars of three executives, including:
- Developing an understanding of projects and their respective needs to ensure that appropriate meetings are scheduled, and materials are prepared in a timely manner
- Securing appropriate meeting space, in-person or virtually
- Looking ahead to anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts
- Interface with internal and external audiences to schedule meetings and calls
- Participate in weekly operations meetings to provide insight on schedules and support the facilitation of next steps
- Manage the start-up and wrap-up process for relevant projects
- Upload and track key documents and information in company-wide databases
- Prepare timely expense reports and ensure compliance with all company-wide data entry policies
- Track and log executive time into database, consistent with company-wide policies
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism, among staff and clients, consistent with the firm’s mission and values
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience providing executive support as an assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or similarly focused position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software including NetSuite, Monday.com, and Hubspot
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Self-starter able to drive activity in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor; ability to work collaboratively within a team

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $95,000
The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
