Call Center Representative
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - PART TIME
Are you looking to be a part of a fast paced and growing team? We are hiring dynamic, experienced, and outgoing part time call center representatives to work in our call center!
In this position you will:
- Grow program participation within our partner groups by calling, emailing, and engaging with them on a weekly basis.
- Communicate with our partners and develop plans to achieve your goals - both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Answer any customer service related questions and act as a single point of contact for your own group of members.
- Utilize your problem solving skills to identify and resolve vendor and member issues efficiently.
- Provide internal feedback to build on success and grow a stronger customer experience.
- Record and document interactions in our system daily.
- A passion for communicating, problem solving, and organization is key to the success of this role.
- A Problem solver
- 1-2 years Sales, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting or Customer Service Experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skill
- Extreme comfort in high outbound call volume situations.
- Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) System.
- Ability to absorb new information, prioritize, follow-up and respond quickly.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING - Monday through Friday, 8-7 and expanding, part time shifts available, minimum 20 hours per week
- REMOTE WORK - Work from home or anywhere on a part or full time basis
