The Lumistella Company is a global intellectual property company dedicated to bringing Santa’s North Pole to life for children around the world through consumer products, original entertainment, and brand experiences. We are looking for an International Sales Account Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our international sales functions. This position is integral to assisting the International Sales Director, ensuring effective coordination with our international partners, and contributing to the growth of our global presence.

 

The International Sales Account Coordinator will:

  • Own the product forecasting process by collecting projections from distributors, entering and updating forecasts in internal systems and analyzing each market’s product assortments;
  • Enter distributors’ purchase orders in NAV and liaise with distributors and Director of Logistics to ensure they are processed;
  • Use internal systems to set up customers, enter customer-specific data and complete auto-generated tasks assigned to International Sales;
  • Shipment planning: Work closely with Supply Chain to create the international shipment calendar, create distributor-specific shipment plans and monitor distributor payments – all to ensure a smooth logistics process for our distributors;
  • Send out samples to all external sales partners for international shows, pitches, retailer needs. Several scenarios will require brief in-office presence outside of the company’s in-office week to ship out samples if needed urgently by our partners;
  • Respond to distributors inquiries promptly to provide our partners a high level of support. Liaise with internal departments to ensure accuracy of the information provided to distributors;
  • Assist International Account Director in various projects: International Seminar, yearly market business plans, distributor/market timelines per quarter;
  • Collaborate closely with International Account Director on logging, updating, managing international product assortment per market;
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration and active communication across all departments, especially marketing, finance and supply chain, to ensure international customer and distributor needs are met;
  • Be an integral part of Lumistella’s international department; Greatly assist in growing the international business by being the internal face of international sales initiatives. Represent the International Account Director in meetings when the Account Director is unable to attend;
  • Participates as a member of the International Operations Committee (IOC), a cross-functional team of people assembled to build out process around the identification, onboarding and ongoing support of our international markets;
  • Collect and manage sales data reports from each market; Analyze data with International Account Director throughout Q4; Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure all aspects of the international sales process;
  • Work with International Account Director on special projects to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies;
  • Create a communication plan/flow of information between internal departments and international sales; and
  • Protect company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regards to information security and management.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years of sales/account management experience; administrative or international experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

 

Education Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
