Reports to: OST Program Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for the implementing STEM and enrichment educational services to OST program participants
- Responsible for on-site day-to-day supervision of Teachers Aides in STEM activities, and activities funded directly through the OST Program budget.
- Will supervise your assigned Teacher Aide
- Responsible of the implementation and instruction of the STEM and Literacy curriculum and activities
- Will develop lesson plans that will be reviewed by the Educational Advisor
- Will meet with OST program director OST Educational Advisor once a week for supervision.
- Supervises and evaluates assigned program staff as per agency policies and conducts appropriate staff conferences and meetings.
- Attend all staff meetings.
- Submitting monthly observation reports to the educational advisor.
- Will sign and fill out the after school program participant report to be submitted to parents at the same time that participants receive their school report cards.
- Will administer pre and post test for all STEM and Literacy activities
- Will work to achieve all OST programmatic goals to insure the success of the program.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position. Works 8 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience required:
- Enrolled in College or actively working towards degree
- One year experience in teaching a multi-level and age computer class
- In creating and implementing a computer class curriculum
