Thermal Remediation Business Development

- Support consultant clients in presenting and/or selling the work to their end clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and questions.
- Attend industry conferences across the country to represent TerraTherm.
- Develop strategies and systems to effectively prospect and refine new leads and opportunities, while cultivating and nurturing existing opportunities over multi-year sales cycle.
- Qualify leads and maintain records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Identify and prioritize new client opportunities, and develop solution implementation and growth strategies.
- Serves as one of the primary interface for all products and services, and creates demand for TerraTherm’s services by raising their profile with customers.
- Provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning client concerns, financial status, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental remediation, with a strong network of clients and end-users (e.g., chemical producers, oil companies, industrial companies, manufacturers, airports with PFAS contamination).
- Solid understanding of thermal or traditional in situ remediation technologies (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
- Structured, well-organized and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Demonstrable experience presenting to senior clients and senior management staff on industry trends and potential growth markets,
Salary - $90k - $130k
