TerraTherm, Inc., a division of Cascade Environmental, is seeking a motivated technical sales representative to identify, nurture, advance and eventually close new business opportunities. TerraTherm partners with leading engineering firms, government agencies, corporations, and property owners in flexible, cooperative relationships to achieve cleanup goals. Our experienced project teams and patented technologies are based on over 20 years of successful experience and R&D in the thermal remediation of soil, rock, and groundwater. TerraTherm is considered the top provider of thermal remediation technologies in the industry and continues to grow and deepen market share annually. The employed technologies are considered industry best and tackle soil and groundwater contamination including solvents and forever chemicals.

The successful candidate will engage and consult with our clients to best understand their site-specific needs while concurrently educating them if thermal technologies are applicable to their sites. 
 
The successful candidate will, over time, become an expert in the various thermal technologies provided by TerraTherm. In that expertise, the candidate will promote and sell complex, high-value solutions to new and existing customers at all levels, especially senior decision makers.
 
The candidate will collaborate with clients to define and understand scopes of work for thermal treatment opportunities while concurrently collaborating with technical experts to present conceptual approaches and proposals. Specifically, the successful candidate will:
  • Support consultant clients in presenting and/or selling the work to their end clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and questions.
  • Attend industry conferences across the country to represent TerraTherm.
  • Develop strategies and systems to effectively prospect and refine new leads and opportunities, while cultivating and nurturing existing opportunities over multi-year sales cycle.
  • Qualify leads and maintain records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Identify and prioritize new client opportunities, and develop solution implementation and growth strategies.
  • Serves as one of the primary interface for all products and services, and creates demand for TerraTherm’s services by raising their profile with customers.
  • Provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning client concerns, financial status, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in environmental remediation, with a strong network of clients and end-users (e.g., chemical producers, oil companies, industrial companies, manufacturers, airports with PFAS contamination).
  • Solid understanding of thermal or traditional in situ remediation technologies (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
  • Structured, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Demonstrable experience presenting to senior clients and senior management staff on industry trends and potential growth markets, 

Salary - $90k - $130k
