Job Description: 


Position: Administrative-Billing Assistant 


Location: South Roxana, IL 


Pay: $25 per hour plus overtime if needed (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties: 
• Maintain accurate records for billing purposes - pair invoices with work orders, 
keep track of labor hours, communicate with other employees to obtain proper 
information, and prepare company work orders for billing.
 • HR Support – understanding of company policies & benefits to answer employee 
inquiries, and communicate with insurance companies when needed.
 • Track driver/mechanic records to keep up with DOT specifications.
 • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping related to A/R, A/P, and payroll.
 • Order office supplies as required.
 • Other general office tasks as required - such as answering phones.


Qualifications: 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel).
 • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 • 2 Years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Billing
 Clerk.
 • High School diploma required.
