Join our Strategic Client Services team as a Dealer Solutions Specialist focused on onboarding and retaining CARFAX strategic dealer partners. This seasoned professional position combines your CARFAX product expertise with exceptional teaching and training abilities to ensure dealer partners maximize value from their CARFAX investment. This is a consultative, relationship-focused role—not a sales position.


Key Responsibilities:
● Client Onboarding & Implementation: Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for new LIFETIME Dealer Partners, ensuring smooth product implementation and optimal system integration. Training & Education: Deliver structured training programs, workshops, and presentations using established CARFAX curriculum and predetermined educational materials to ensure consistent dealer partner experience
● Client Retention & Success: Proactively manage internal account manager relationships, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
● Product Consultation: Serve as subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on product utilization and helping dealers optimize their CARFAX investment
● Travel & Relationship Management: Conduct on-site visits, training sessions, in-studio talent and relationship-building activities with dealer partners across the United States.


Required Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of CARFAX experience with deep product knowledge
● 2-3 years of teaching, training, or educational experience
● Advanced public speaking and presentation skills
● Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote for creating and customizing compelling presentations
● Ability to travel 60-70% of the time, including occasional Sunday travel
● Strong relationship-building and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in automotive industry or dealer operations
● Adult learning or instructional design background
● Customer success or client services experience
● Ability to translate complex product features into practical business solutions
