What You'll Do
· Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, direct mail, social media, events, and web to drive new agency sign-ups and upsell growth for key solutions.
· Manage marketing automation campaigns end-to-end while consistently exceeding industry benchmarks for open rate, CTR, engagement, and lead generation.
· Own all logistics for a flagship national industry conference and networking event, including booth management, on-site coordination, and post-show reporting.
· Manage planning and execution of executive-level Advisory Board meetings, including logistics, material development, and communications.
· Maintain and grow social media engagement across public safety audiences and translate complex solution value into compelling B2Govt messaging across all channels and formats.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, CMS, Canva, and social media platforms; you will independently build and deploy campaigns end-to-end with no hand-offs.
• Ability to write compelling copy and design supporting assets across email, web, social, and press.
• Track record of managing large-scale trade shows and national conference programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in public safety, government, or SaaS marketing.
· Familiarity with B2Govt prospecting, nurture strategies, and full-funnel digital campaign management.
· Experience supporting executive-level stakeholder communications and advisory programs.
· Graphic design experience with tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.
This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
