Affiliate Marketing Account Manager (Tiny Traveler)

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Account Manager to join our team, the person in this role will foster meaningful partnerships between the brand our growing roster of influencers and affiliates. This role will have ownership of affiliate/influencer, identification, recruitment, and retention. We know our partners have many brand options to chose from, and we know they’re not just making content for fun, rather they are running small businesses and working on building their personal brands. Our goal is to build community and help our partners grow their business as much as they are helping us grow our brand.


Major Responsibilities


  • Grow and maintain partner relationships by both understanding their needs and and the needs of our brand and creating synergies
  • Identify and recruit influencers and affiliates that are aligned with our brand strategy and ethos
  • Ideate and brainstorm possible themes for affiliates and influencer content on how to promote the product, in ways that the content remains fresh and continues to showcase different features and angles
  • Assist in gathering social metrics and data for better analysis of KPI’s
  • Keep track of partner content and when they posted, so we can better understand engagement and alignment
  • Collecting audience feedback and data on various social and PR camaigns
  • Assist with set-up, facilitation, and completion of marketing campaigns and how they translate on social channels
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain partners, brand love and loyalty among our affiliates and influencers
  • Manage onboarding communication and follow up with new partners
  • Set-up monthly zoom meeting for open dialogue and brainstorm with partner community
  • Track monthly payouts and analytics
  • Manage partner gifting and sample orders for new and existing partners
  • Point of contact for assigned partners on day to day needs
  • Lead creative content development and ideation for UGC creators on non-product spefici content
  • Monitoring and tracking of affiliate and influencer progress, and offer assistance when needed
  • Assist with monitoring PR requests and assigning accordingly – keeping track of article features and media mentions
  • Identify new opportunities within various social media platforms
  • Monitoring and responding to all social communications from consumers on various platforms (Tik Tok, IG, Meta, and YouTube)
  • Assist with occasional influencer events as needed


Required Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, affiliate/influencer programs, or social media programs
  • Working knowledge in excel, powerpoint, word, and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with marketing and affiliate management agencies is a bonus
  • Experience working with Tier 1 publishers
  • Some experience in affiliate network recruitment




  • Experience with Affiliate network, Share A Sale network is a huge bonus
  • Experience with Social Media influencer campaign sites (such as CreatorCo, Social Snowball, creator IQ, etc)

  • Stays on top of social trends and algorithm updates
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce

Salary range: $75K-$85K base + 7% annual bonus potential
