We are currently looking for a Project Administrator for our team. The position is located in Hong Kong.

Your Mission: You will work in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders in the HK offices and suppliers. You will be responsible for data consolidation, report generation, database maintenance, sample handling, and all-around administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on project administration and document coordination
  • Be the contact point for internal and external parties for coordinating the project management-related administrative work to ensure smooth operations
  • Keep track and follow up on project status, documentation, and milestone completion with the aid of the Project Management tool
  • Maintain database in the PLM system
  • Provide all-round administrative support to the project management team, handle test samples and related correspondences 
  • Prepare monthly production-related reports for management review
  • Assist in product planning, ad-hoc projects, and other clerical duties as required

Required Education and Experience

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoints)
  • Good command of both written and verbal English
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-initiative, independent, and responsible
  • Able to work independently
  • Work experience as a Project Administrator in supporting Product Development projects is highly preferred
