Internship Description
Our internship program is designed to create an environment of learning for the intern. Our program consists of two parts. The initial portion of the program includes completing some specialized projects within the student’s area of study. These projects are well defined and outlined with specific outcomes that allow the student to apply classroom knowledge in a real work environment. The second project will be a joint project with other interns enabling them to work as a cross functional group to solve a company issue of their choice.
Candidates must be available for 7 consecutive weeks during the summer months, dates to be determined.
Responsibilities:
The Graphic Design intern will work on projects from concept through completion. This includes but is not limited to; digital graphics for our brands’ websites, email newsletter design, social media graphics, graphics for printed material. We are looking for a candidate who will work hard and bring great ideas and solutions to the team in a meaningful way that supports our company!
Some of the specific responsibilities include the following:
• Create and design print and digital materials
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with different teams to develop design concepts
• Receive feedback from the art team and make necessary updates
• Assemble final artwork for printing as needed
• Assemble final graphics for digital use
