The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for managing key projects in product development, branding, digital marketing and sales alongside the Sr. Brand Manager. This role works closely with sales, creative and PMM teams to execute established corporate goals for the brand. This role reports to the Sr. Brand Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and plans
- Manage product development, marketing campaign and go-to-market launch timelines
- Prioritize tasks for the KODA team and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Collaborate and manage the day-to-day relationships with external agencies and partners
- Work with the PMM team to develop sales materials, such as presentations
- Manage marketing expenses and budget analysis along with assisting with budget preparation
- Identify partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness and maximize brand exposure
- Manage the extension of the brand identity throughout all marketing communication elements
- Work with the creative and PMM teams to design content and packaging that aligns with the brand and its messaging
- Direct management of website, influencers, and social medial content with internal marketing team and external digital agencies
- Analyze and report on key sales and digital metrics on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
- Organize and schedule team meetings along with agenda preparation as needed
- Represents the voice of the customer – before, during and after launch
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Incredibly strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and experience using Monday.com and Teamwork are a plus!
- Ability to coordinate with international offices
