THE ROLE:

 

The Manager, Analytics & Measurement will lead audience research and measurement for one of our key clients. The successful candidate will be biased toward action and passionate about solving challenging busines problems with data.

 

YOUR IMPACT:

 

  • Create reports and analyses of media campaign performance and make optimization recommendations during regular reporting cadences

-          Work closely with planning and partner teams to ensure relevant and high-quality deliverables

-          Go beyond reporting to tell stories with data by uncovering meaningful insights and actions we should take as a result

  • Research target audiences to understand audience size, demographics, and psychographics to inform media campaign strategy and planning
  • Conduct measurement studies during campaigns to measure awareness and other KPIs, analyze results and provide learnings to planning team and clients to measure success and inform future planning efforts
  • Define measurement strategy, and infrastructure requirements to support measurement objectives from audience data management to reporting tools
  • Establish client relationships and understand account strategy to further enhance technical and tactical efforts.
  • Manage critical escalations with clear execution plan and drive to get closure.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • We place significant importance on qualities such as intellectual curiosity, responsibility, determination, creativity, flexibility, drive, and self-confidence.  Must be highly motivated with a strong record of professional achievement.
  • 5 years of experience in an analytical role required
  • 3 years of experience in media / advertising analytics required
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics or other quantitative discipline required, or equivalent analytical experience at an advertising agency required
  • Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with ad effectiveness measurement solutions such as Millward Brown, Dynata, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required, SQL and Python highly desirable
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Double Verify, DMPs, DSPs, Google Analytics required
