At Nama we are passionate about helping people eat more fruits and vegetables. Our focus is on developing community and products that can support vitality. Our audience consists of nutrition/wellness/juice enthusiasts as well as those simply curious about how juicing can influence immunity and vitality for themselves and their families.

This role requires the ability to follow existing aesthetics and direction from art and creative directors but also generate new ideas as needed. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in typography and design principles and experience in the digital and print space. Flexibility, the ability to deal with ambiguity and evolving processes as well as a positive attitude are appreciated. An interest in health and wellness is a plus. Note that this role will likely consist of 75% digital-focused work and 25% print-focused work but may evolve over time.
  • Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of areas such as emails, Instagram, Facebook and other social sites, digital ads, packaging, presentations, brochures, guides, and graphics for video.
  • Collaborate with internal Nama teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards.
  • Work closely with Creative / Art Director(s); be able to expand upon established aesthetics as well as take ideas from concept to execution.
  • Work with marketing, project managers, design colleagues, digital, and content experts to deliver a beyond-the-expected user experience.
  • Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital/graphic solutions.
  • Strong typography skills with an attention to detail.
  • Very familiar with print media language, typography, production, and text-heavy graphic assets.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments to provide clear creative input and ensure that the designs are properly built.
  • Encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released.
  • Interest in the latest developments and technologies.
  • Identify, resolve, and overcome obstacles/problems; break problems down into manageable parts, be able to see both the big and small picture.
  • Detail focused, highly organized, and able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines.

 

Do you meet these requirements?

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
  2. 5+ years professional experience in Graphic Design.
  3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Strong typography and layout skills.
  6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify, Mailchimp and After Effects is a plus.
  7. Web design and photoshoot experience a plus.
