Senior Account Executive

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive. This position can be located in any major metropolitan region of the Northeastern U.S. (Boston/NewYork) and will require moderate travel, up to 25-30%. This position is primarily responsible for selling third-party support/maintenance, application and technical support services into the SAP and Oracle client base. Responsible for establishing and building relationships with new customers and maintaining consistent contact; conducting targeted campaigns to generate and qualify leads; developing and closing opportunities for the services we deliver; and maintaining the CRM database.


  • Proactive hunting activity in assigned territory
  • Execute flawless Solution Selling sales engagements
  • C-level communications, presentations and sales
  • Lead and manage pursuit team consisting of subject matter expertise through a complex sales process
  • Own scope discovery activities
  • Consistently overachieve an attainable sales quota
  • Maintain necessary opportunity pipeline to support sales quota performance expectations
  • Solution Selling sales methodology
  • Proven hunting and net new sales skills
  • Experience selling SAP or Oracle maintenance services, ERP Outsourced Services, or other third-party technology services
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to instill confidence in clients and be persuasive
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and service subject matter experts
  • Must be self-motivated, a strong team player, and strive to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Strong work ethic and disciplined


  • 10 years of direct sales experience
  • 5 plus years of SAP or Oracle maintenance services sales preferred
  • Microsoft Office and desktop applications experience, strong PowerPoint and presentation knowledge required, ability to map process, write work instructions
  • (or similar CRM) experience a plus
