Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter

We are experiencing rapid growth and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to join our HR team.  In this position, you will collaborate with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition manager and will be accountable for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

 Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain open communication relationships with hiring managers to understand open position and business needs
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Post, distribute and manage job requisitions – documenting all activities accurately and in a timely manner within firm’s Applicant Tracking System 
  • Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives
  • Actively sources passive, qualified candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions, including managerial and executive roles
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and industry networking events
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process; sourcing, interviewing, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Maintain strong relationships with Human Resources to ensure alignment between recruiting strategies and business/company direction
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
  • Minimum 5+years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry a plus
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Required
