These improvements enabled Rackspace to repeatedly pass compliance controls for company handling of incident and problem management.

Meet Melisa. She gives 110% in everything she does, from her fitness and health to how she takes care of her customers. She has this "lets do this" attitude. Melisa is an Account Manager that consistently wears multiple hats to care for her customers. She handles unique contract requests, partners with supply chain to mediate demands, and works alongside with our data center technicians to monitor customer migrations among other amazing things. Melisa does this with a smile on her face and never loses sight of what her customers need.

Meet Sam. She runs a small team with a big responsibility that serves Rackspace customers on both sides of the Atlantic. Irrespective of time zones or previous plans, she ensures that a customer’s needs come first, always and without question. Sam’s team was created to drive reliability, repeatability, consistency, and transparency into the experience for Rackspace Managed Security customers. She consistently captures effective process templates in order to enable her team to ensure success is repeatable for every customer.

Meet AJ. AJ, based in our Blacksburg, Virginia office, leads one of our software development teams. AJ has fostered strong relationships and trust with the Rackers he works with, creating a healthy, successful, tight-knit team. Through his commitment and leadership, AJ has built an amazingly efficient and productive team even though its members are spread across three time zones. Like a true friend or family member, AJ is unfailingly patient, focused, and supportive of fellow developers and teammates in product management, quality engineering and operations.

Meet Royce. Royce is the brand design manager for Rackspace. In every project or initiative, Royce ensures everything runs as efficient as possible. He is the kind of guy who isn't afraid to ask the hard questions like "Should we really be doing this?" or "Could we do this in a different way that not only spends fewer dollars but makes the most sense for Rackspace and our customer?" Royce just focuses on getting the job done, and getting it done right.

Meet Travis. Travis, a previous Fanatical Jacket winner, recently showed us again what it means to volunteer your best for our customers. He volunteered to make a 27 hour journey that included driving to multiple states and flying red-eye flights in order to personally ensure one of our customers physical firewalls' was delivered to our data-center safely and quickly. Our customer was blown away by Travis' willingness to go above and beyond.
