Job Summary 

The Data Integrity Manager will be responsible for developing, leading and managing a team of data analysts and specialists who are responsible for the following activities:

  • Establishing, managing, and supporting client account structures
  • Reviewing and Managing member eligibility information to ensure accuracy
  • Reviewing and Managing healthcare provider information to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Performing Claims balancing for 500+ active clients

Data management responsibilities cover both our existing client base, as well as validating and reconciling data ingested thru the onboarding of new clients, while ensuring that all data security governance regarding our members personal information is always safeguarded.  This individual will manage team staffing, capacity planning, as well as managing, prioritizing an active book of work that is distributed among Daily Production (Keep the Lights On), Active Change control and New Client / Data Integration.  In addition to managing the active book of work this leader will establish service level agreements (SLA’s) as well as develop executive level reporting to show the overall health and status of our active book of work and data processing activities associated with their team. The successful candidate will be a proven people leader, have demonstrated success in identifying process improvement and will have successfully led tactical implementations.  This role will work closely with leaders in the Integration and Data Operations organization, external business partners as well as internal Quantum Health partners including business analysts, systems programmers, and application developers to define and resolve information flow and content issues while helping to transform business requirements into environment specific solutions.

Reporting Including but not limited to:
- Book of work status reports across production, change control and new development environments, including volume, trending, SLA management, latency etc.
- Capacity planning & reporting to show relationship between active book of work, backlog and current staffing levels
- Managing claims balancing function

Actively managing new request intake process and segmenting, prioritizing and assigning book of work in an agile framework

Process analysis and the identification of opportunities / automation to drive continuous improvements and optimization of current processes

Governance and procedure documentation

Engage and Data integration management with vendors

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 10 years related experience working in IT Business Analysis, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, or related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience
  • 5 years of experience working with medical or consumer data (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience using ETL Tools and Technologies like SQL, SSIS, as well as an understanding of relational database architecture concepts
  • Experienced leader with proven ability to think strategically and lead tactical implementations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Sprint assignments, Timelines, Prioritization, Capacity Planning etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in performing process reviews, documenting existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness thru automation or process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits strategic thinking capabilities, strong execution and accountability of outcomes
  • Embraces emerging technologies with the ability to recommend innovative solutions that drive value.

  • Experience working in an environment that has data integrations with multiple 3rd party vendors (Preferred)
