Full-time hybrid opportunity with three days required on-site; salary range $52,000 to $62,000 commensurate with experience

 

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Program Associate to join our team. In this important role as part of the Program team, the Program Associate will provide administrative and operational support to a range of grant-making and program processes.

Program Associate Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role and/or a post-secondary education in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self- starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and utilize technology including industry specific software products; familiarity with databases a plus

Program Associate Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and improve grants management workflow utilizing grants technology
  • Complete weekly processing of grant requests from Donor Advised Funds
  • Provide a high level of assistance to scholarship program; ensure students complete accurate applications
  • Support review teams to complete evaluations and ensure accurate processing of annual scholarship awards
  • Regularly ensure ongoing accuracy of grant and organizational records; routinely generate grant and program reports
  • Act as the primary point person for customer support of the Program Team
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting materials, and provide help desk support for our grants and scholarship applicants
  • Support administrative functions across the varied programmatic work of the team such
