Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to manage our EMEA team. Located at our EMEA headquarters in Kings Cross, this position will lead several critical functions, including office administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and recruiting.
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Human Resource & Facilities, the objective of this role will be to ensure the region’s operations operate efficiently and effectively to deliver maximum strategic value to the organization and its more than 100 across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- 50% HR Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development
- Provide support to employees in various HR related areas, such as leaves, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and practices
- Gather, analyze, and report data on relevant HR metrics (dashboard)
- Maintain employee records in electronic and paper form subject to applicable laws
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- 35% Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site and video interviews for candidates with extreme efficiency
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Ensure a positive and consistent experience throughout the entire candidate journey
- Proactively source for inbound & outbound candidates
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- 15% Office Responsibilities:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling courier services
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting/event planning, and catering
- Act as liaison between remote offices, domestic and international
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of HR experience within a fast-paced technology company
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute
- Learns quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Creative problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities
- Composed and focused under pressure
- Warm and welcoming demeanor, able to build relationships quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft suite and ADP
