Your role:

Biddable Coordinators are highly motivated individuals who report to the Biddable Supervisor and Biddable Manager.  They are required to assist in implementing, analyzing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. This position is essential in the day to day running of the account and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, and detail-oriented environment. The position is entry level and is a great opportunity for those who want to build a career in social that celebrates the link between analytics and digital media. ​

Position Description:

  • Implement, manage, analyze and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Utilize Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Linkedin and more for day-to-day campaign management
  • Provide industry best practice and data driven recommendation to shape future client strategies
  • Audience research and new ad unit exploration
  • Campaign reporting and analysis
  • Daily management of account budgets and bids


  • University degree or relevant college certificate
  • Highly proficient at Excel
  • Understanding and interest in digital media
  • Knowledge of the digital landscape, especially social media
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communications skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Creative and analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Willingness to take on challenges and to learn
  • Experience Facebook and Pinterest ads is an asset
