What you will do:
Supporting our seasoned Sales & Marketing Director, our Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our marketing and advertising strategies to promote MyHR Partner’s services.  Ultimately, you will be a strong influence in shaping our brand’s image, expanding its reach, and fostering client loyalty for a small business with aggressive growth goals in a competitive market landscape. Day to day you can expect to:
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. 
  • Leverage your strong written communication skills, relationship-building abilities, creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical expertise to develop and execute campaigns, measure their performance, and adapt strategies to maximize results
  • Execute advertising and marketing activities across multiple channels such as resource directories, paid digital, SEO, etc. staying on top of trends 
  • Create and manage the MyHR Partner’s social media campaigns and presence  
  • Manage and execute MyHR Partner’s content strategy, including writing new content, editing content, distributing content to maximize reach, etc. 
  • Enhance, optimize, and leverage all aspects of HubSpot, both as our CRM as well as our website platform 
 
What you need to thrive in this role

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years managing multiple aspects for marketing in a B2B professional services setting
    • Strong communication skills, especially in writing blogs, social media posts, case studies, etc.
    • Outstanding marketing project management skills
    • 5+ years of strong analytical skills in creating and tracking metrics/KPI’s
    • 5+ years CRM usage, preferably Hubspot or a similar platform
  • Location: Remote; residing within the Eastern or Central time zone
