Your Mission: 

Analyze customer documents, data, industry and benchmark trends to provide customer-facing insight by working with customers to understand business needs, translating those needs into analytics, measures and reporting requirements, and analyzing results. This position works closely with all units of Sales, Product R&D, and Marketing.

  • Review customer documents (protocols, synopses, RFPs, pricing requests, etc) to identify solutions that are appropriate for the study, applying knowledge of current and future product capabilities, customer experience, partner capabilities in addition to study requirements and milestone dates.

  • With provided analysis framework from management investigate and analyze key business opportunities and issues by conducting analysis, identifying key insights, proposing recommended business actions, and communicating recommended actions directly to the customer. 

  • Evaluate and manage multi-sourced analytics and usage data to provide customers with actionable information when recommending solutions to address business problems

  • Research and document new terms and clinical study procedures Focus on understanding root causes, delivering quality of insight

  • Communicate analytical findings through clear and effective communication

  • Provide detailed information to enable capture of customer success stories 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Able to work directly with Sales, Product R&D, Marketing, to communicate value solutions, author product enhancement requests, provide and receive customer intelligence Works directly with product teams to understand product lifecycle and application of solutions to clinical studies

  • Works directly with pricing team to identify patterns within studies than influence pricing structures, provide industry background for protocol designs, etc.


 

Your Competencies: 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial design and development

  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs, business metrics and scorecards, writing reports

  • Ability to identify services opportunities through gathering of relevant technical and business objective information to document, scope, and price accordingly

  • Demonstrated self-sufficiency and self-monitoring capabilities to meet critical customer project deadlines

  • Must be analytical and team-oriented, enthusiastic, and familiar with stress management

  • Passion for customer satisfaction and able to manage customer needs and expectations

  • Excellent written communication skills; able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience


 

Your Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA) in Life Sciences  or another related discipline; OR equivalent professional technical experience and two years related experience; OR Master’s degree in Business Administration and related experience

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with services or operational support in life sciences industry.
