Your Mission:

The URL team plays a key function in the Medidata product installation for our clients. As contracts are executed, the URL team will kick off the process of creating the URL if a new one is needed or establishing a new product install on an existing URL.  Information is gathered from the executed documents and the URL team will begin to coordinate with Sales as well as other internal groups to process the product/URL request.  Once the necessary information is documented, the URL team will process a request for service delivery to create the URL and/or install products. URL team will be responsible for overseeing the process, acting as the liaison to service delivery until the URL is in the production environment and client-ready. Once the client is granted access, the final step in the process is completed and we can initiate the revenue recognition process.



Your Competencies:

  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work across teams in the organization



Your Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  •  Experience with Salesforce.com 

  •  Working with sales professionals
