Malwarebytes is looking for.. 

a Director of Marketing Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be focusing on advanced analytics, growth, attribution, and reporting to provide early insights into best practices that will fuel our B2B marketing programs and establish ROI. Director of Marketing Operations reports directly to Malwarebytes’s Chief Marketing Officer

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of where Marketing is winning and where gaps in the funnel and supporting processes exist, and prioritize and mobilize resources to implement necessary improvements.
  • Facilitate the strategy and design of the business’s lead management processes, database health, and lead funnel analysis for the Americas and International GTM teams
  • Partner with Demand Generation to benchmark and track channel performance with the successful implementation of multi-touch attribution with Bizible.
  • Support weekly funnel KPI tracking for GTM leadership to measure Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Act as the B2B Marketing/RevOps liaison to cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Business Applications, and more.
  • Evaluate and negotiate MarTech vendor contracts to meet the needs of the team and business.
  • Lead a high-performing group of globally-distributed Marketing and Campaign Operations team member
  • Own a best-in-class MarTech stack, working closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and RevOps to drive adoption and optimization.

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 7-10 years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing a global team
  • Advanced Marketo, Bizible, and SFDC experience required
  • Experience administering or working with Bizible, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Wrike, Domo, or similar.
  • Proactivity over reactivity – a penchant for thinking and planning ahead, establishing scalable processes, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Mastery of effective communication to internal audiences at all levels across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role that will interface with dozens of GTM and technical stakeholders.
  • Quick learner who enjoys the pursuit of the “how and why” and is not afraid to pull in others for help when needed.
  • Ability to load balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
