POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for a head of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) supporting the social impact strategy and responsible for the company's global DEI&B strategy focused on growing an inclusive culture, enabling and supporting underrepresented people, and changing the way we do business to better connect with customers, employees and partners. As a leader in the Community & Advocacy team, this person will also play a key role in connecting Logitech globally with external people and organizations who are working to improve fairness and eradicate racism. The role will work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure D&I is embedded in the context of Logitech’s overall social impact and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the bridge for teams throughout the company to integrate Logitech’s social impact initiatives so they’re cohesive and support Logitech’s Equality & Environment values

  • Define the long-term strategic plan for how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging comes to life at Logitech, and how by changing the way we do business we can better serve people.

  • Be an advocate for driving Logitech’s Accountability and Action Commitments, more specifically, transparently measuring and reporting our progress through the annual DEIB report and supporting education at every level.

  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders, and work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure all brands, businesses and functions have a diversity and inclusion plan tailored to how they can drive the most impact in the business and for the people we serve. 

  • Develop goals and metrics for Logitech to be able to analyze the impact of the programs on employees, and the people in the communities we touch. Leverage data & analysis across the organization to define social impact and DEIB targets tailored for department needs and which ladder up to the larger company goals & objectives.

  • Partner with People & Culture colleagues globally to maximize our impact finding, growing and retaining diverse people. 

  • Ensure the D&I program has global impact, and that we advocate for under-represented groups - both internally and externally - through programs like our employee resource groups, corporate giving, and community relations efforts.

  • Work closely with our internal and external communities to understand and surface the social topics or issues Logitech should consider proactively or reactively to take a company stance on. Work cross-functionally to quickly and efficiently make decisions and take action.

  • Work with the Sustainability team to align regularly on the landscape of Logitech’s social impact programs, demonstrating Logitech’s commitment Equality & Environment to its internal and external communities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to influence at all levels across the organization from the CEO, executive leadership team, business group leaders, ERG leaders, and global cross-functional partners

  • Ability to coach the CEO, leadership team and management on external matters such as social and racial injustices, and internal matters such as business inequities

  • Strong business acumen and experience leading and delivering global diversity, equity and inclusion programs

  • Clear communicator, with the ability to speak and present internally at every level, and externally through media or speaking opps about Logitech’s Social Impact and DE&I program

  • A natural passion for people and contributing to the causes, globally, that combat inequity
